    Hi how gorgeous! I'm new to the digiscrapbooking world =) Can you use this on any scrapping or does it have to be used with a kit? What about other glitter (i.e. Happy Monster glitter)? Anyone?

    Also, what does commercial use mean? Sorry I'm still learning.
