National Teenager Day is celebrated on March 21 every year. A teenager is anyone between the ages of 13 and 19 and this is because when you spell the age out it ends with the word ‘teen.’ Teenagers are going through a lot as they are transitioning from childhood to adulthood and experience a lot of changes physical, emotional, and psychological. This is the phase that they discover who they are and what they want to be known for. National Teenager Day is a day set aside for teenagers to know how important and valued they are and to give society a chance to better understand them.
